One of the best feelings is overhearing someone talking about you, in a good way. Because it’s so often that people talk “crap” behind others backs. Therapy Day.
Today in Psychology we had what Mr. Knowles calls a therapy day. He told everyone to write an issue or a problem they have on a piece of paper and he’d anonymously work out each problem with the class.

Heartache.
It breaks my heart to see friends go through sad times. Especially when you know there is nothing you can do to fix it. I just want to hold them and tell them, “everything is going to be okay in the end. If things aren’t okay, it’s not the end.”
